Banca Romaneasca thanks all its clients that have already updated and completed their identification personal data according to the requirements of the legislation in force and at the same time, invites the clients, that have not completed this action so far, to come to the bank's branches for the data updating, at the shortest time possible.
For the data update, the individuals can come to any Banca Romaneasca unit and the legal entities to the unit where they opened their accounts.
This action is a legal obligation for all banks, according to the provisions of NBR "Know your customers" Regulations no.9/2008, as further amended and supplemented. Thus, the Bank must:
1. update the customers' database;
2. block the transactions until the legal requirements are met and /or interrupt the relation with the Customer, if this data is not updated.
