Approving user (with authorisation right)
Empowered person that, besides the rights of an Operator user, also has the right to give payment instructions from the Owner accounts, within the limits and according to the mandate granted by the Owner, through the form attached to the application for e-bancamea.
Authentication elements
The set of elements granted to the Owner by the Bank necessary to use e-bancamea service; the authentication elements allow the Owner to express the consent for the payments instructions execution; the authentication elements consist of user name, password, digipass and PIN code for digipass.
Client
Individual, legal entity, association, foundation etc. having at least one current account opened with the Bank;
Digipass
Authentication device of e-bancamea User that, after the correct filling-in of the PIN code by the user, generates a code; the device automatically closes after 30 seconds since the last use;
Digipass Code
Code generated by Digipass that allows the User's authentication in order to access some modules of the application;
IB Helpdesk
Service made available to the owner by the Bank, to allow the signalling to the Bank's personnel various disfunctionalities in using e-bancamea.
Owner
Client for whom, based on request, the Bank had approved the use of e-bancamea service and who owns at least one user name /password /code or any other similar element to allow the identification;
Operator user (without authorisation right)
Person empowered only to view general information and information regarding the Owner accounts and to fill in data in the electronic forms related to the modules available in e-bancamea;
Payment instructions
Payment orders in lei intra-bank and inter-bank (including programmed payments), payment orders between own accounts in lei and foreign currency and exchange rates orders at the Bank's standard exchange rate.
PIN
Code provided by the Bank, that allows the use of Digipass device.
Standard exchange rate
Exchange rate set by the Bank depending on the Bank's internal reference exchange rate; it is displayed by the Bank in its units, on the internet page www.banca-romaneasca.ro and on the internet page of e-bancamea service
User
Individual with or without authorisation right that uses e-bancamea under the conditions and within the limits of the granted mandate, on behalf of the Owner;
Username
Name given by the Bank to each User in order to access e-bancamea;
User password
Unique code made of minimum 6 (six) characters, initially set by the Bank, that will be changed by the User at the first connecting to e-bancamea;
