Banca Romaneasca S.A., Membra a Grupului National Bank of Greece, informs you that you do not have to answer, under any circumstances, the requests to disclose financial confidential information (username and password, card number, its expiry date, PIN code etc), irrespective of the way this is made and the way the information is requested to be sent (direct verbal requests, requests by phone, requests coming on e-mail that seem legitimate, requests to input the data on web sites that seem legitimate etc).
Under no circumstances, Banca Romaneasca S.A., Membra a Grupului National Bank of Greece, requests confidential information directly, by phone or by e-mail.
The bank's customers that have received such messages are asked not to respond the requests and to contact the bank immediately at the phone number 021.305.93.31, or by e-mail to opinii@brom.ro.
