Banca Românească S.A. Member of National Bank of Greece Group offers to the beneficiaries of APIA subsidies loans with a fixed margin of 2,5% + ROBOR at 6 months, until the end of December 2014.

Banca Româneasca offer addresses both to the funding of companies benefitting of APIA subsidies under the Single Area Payment Scheme (SAPS), as well as to the funding of animals breeders (poultry and porcine), beneficiaries of 215 measure.

"The level of diversification of Banca Româneasca portfolio answers, at this moment, to the varied requirements received from agriculture entrepreneurs and also covers the investment projects made from European funds. For the lending of the clients, beneficiaries of APIA subsidies, we have allocated a limit up to 225 million lei in 2014 campaign", states Cosmin Călin, Executive Director, Corporate Unit, Banca Românească.

The loan flat fee is 0,35% from the value of the accessed amount. The agriculture entrepreneurs that hold APIA Certificates can access in advance up to 90% of the value of the offered subsidy. The loans are granted in lei and will be reimbursed at the moment when the subsidies are transferred by APIA in the beneficiaries' accounts opened with Banca Românească. FGCR (the Rural Credit Guarantee Fund) can guarantee up to 80% from the value of the granted loan.

The funding based on subsidies is done in lei, following APIA to make the payment of the subsidies only in the current account specified in the certificate. The reimbursement of the capital will be made only once, when the amounts are received from APIA or at the loan maturity.
