You can notify the Insurer of the occurrence of an insured event by phone or e-mail:

The Insurer's notification will be made as soon as the insured event has taken place/you have become aware of it, but not later than 48 hours after the event, if your state of health allows it. If you are unable to notify the Insurer due to your medical condition, you must notify us as soon as your condition allows you. Notification to the Insurer may also be made by a representative of yours.

You have the obligation to present and transmit to the Insurer all the documents and information requested that certify the occurrence of the insured event as well as information necessary for the evaluation, establishment and payment of the insurance indemnity.
